Day 18 – 29/10/18 – Okavango Delta
Squirrels yelling insults at each other.
The pool and bar at the camp in Maun.
Tornado. At one point the truck had to brake as a tornado crossed the road.
Solar powered microwave station.
Living up to its name, as the elephants arrive at the waterhole.
The elephants can’t tread on the little concrete pyramids, so they can’t get to us at the bar and swimming pool.
But they do wander around the huts.

I trod on a squeaky floorboard.
I think Maria was enjoying that book.

They’re all trying to get to the water as it comes out.
3 people camped (in 2 tents). The elephants had a party next to them that night and clipped one of the tents.
